"I help manage a business in Jacksonville. 15 years ago, we built our new building and B&B Communications did the wiring for the entire new building. A few months ago, I switched from Time Warner Cable to Century Link and they came out here in awesome timing to help with those configurations. While they were here, I asked about updating our surveillance system. They gave me an estimate and I went ahead and made an appointment with them. Today, they came out to get everything done. Not only is the equipment great, but so is their customer service, and their technicians. I’m so excited to have our new system. My one touch remote control was set up for TV, movies and music. I gave them a punch list of what I wanted my system to do. They addressed each issue and checked them off of my list. "I called the Friday before Christmas & spoke with Brett (I think that was his name). He assured me that even though they were short staffed due to the holidays, he would have someone out to give us a quote on Tuesday (the day after Christmas). I have to be honest, after dealing with many unreliable businesses in Jacksonville when it comes to getting anything done in our home, I wasn’t expecting to hear from them on Tuesday. Well on Tuesday morning, I received a phone call from Mike who came out, listened to our wants, assessed what needed to be done, & quickly gave us a quote. I called back to confirm quote & appointment day after speaking to my husband. They came out on Friday since that was my husband’s day off but would have been out sooner if we had wanted.
